By using Shugo, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Shugo is a trade idea validation tool. It provides structured chart analysis and feedback on your trade ideas using AI. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

Not Financial Advice

• Shugo is an educational and analytical tool only
• Nothing in the app constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
• Past validation results do not guarantee future outcomes
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss

Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Shugo
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the trade ideas you submit
• You must not use the service for any illegal purpose
• You must not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service

Subscriptions

• Free trial: 10 validations, no credit card required
• Monthly subscriptions available via App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings

Account Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time in Settings
• This permanently removes all your data including trade history and chart images
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through App Store/Google Play

Limitation of Liability

• Shugo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any trading losses incurred while using the service
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the AI analysis
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
